Two Advils later...

• Dubya's presidential "liberry" is going to be housed at SMU. While I find it interesting that the man whose administration did its damnedest to squash as many civil rights that it could is even allowing any record of his presidency to exist, much less be available to the public. Of course, there is much controversy surrounding the future library.
• Since I was running around playing hostess last night, I missed the red carpet portion of the Oscars. Here's a few shots of some pretty (and some not) dresses.
• One of the world's skinniest women is pregnant again.
• Tilda Swinton is sassy! Not only did she score an Oscar, but she's got a hottie boytoy.

Sally Hansen 10 Day No-Chip nail polish. Not true. My "Certainly Cherry" nails lasted less than 48 hours before the chipping began. No, I wasn't doing yardwork or climbing any rocks. Yes, I used a sealing topcoat. The color is beautiful, but the "10 Day" part is impossible. C+

Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix. Very entertaining. Sure, the book is better, but the movie adaptation took the essence of the story and translated it to film very nicely. B+

VH1's Rock of Love. Atrocious. Base. Trashy. After viewing the premiere episode last night, Baby G has already declared she will not watch the rest of the season. I, however, am still curious. This "reality" show so far is clinging tightly to every convention and device of the genre, but I feel there are at least two women on the show who may not be what we think they are. Yes. I think one of them is a man. The other? I don't know yet. D+
