food
Piggybacking on Tiny R’s post: Refried black beans + bacon + homemade pico de gallo + cheese = happy tummies. Many thanks to Austin's fabulous one and only Lesbo BBQ.
Which reminds me, among the million projects I've meant to do that I've only till now talked about, it's probably high time I start my blog about food--all food and eating experiences, and well, we don't have to stop there. “Why a blog about food and eating?” you might ask. “It’s not like it’s a highly original concept or anything.” Well kids, I’ll try to make this new blog as fresh as possible (no pun intended), but the fact is, I can’t think of anything else that I can discuss as endlessly or as easily as I can with food and food experiences. I like to talk about food so much – everything from snacking and Sonic TO creations in the home kitchen TO Julia Child & Iron Chef – that there’s this widespread myth that I eat all the time and have some sort of ungodly fast metabolism. None of the myth is true. I’m quite sure I eat about as much as the average person, and my growing pants sizes, which are also the consequences of neglecting to exercise, will show you that my metabolism is quite normal. It is true that I do like to have all sorts of food experiences, and that there’s few foods I dislike. It’s a little known secret that I believe in balance. I just think that there’s nothing wrong in finding joy in food and I certainly enjoy sharing it.
Here's the names I'm playing with:
Epicure I Am – Following on our nerdy Greek-inspired thinkers theme. I am partial to this one, because I am a nerd.
For the love of bacon. . . – Not all entries will have to do with bacon per se, but adding bacon to foods often makes it a “peak eating experience.” I can even have a 1-5 slab grading scale that becomes even more ironic with grading vegetarian fare.
Lil’ Trashcan’s Big Adventures – Plays upon the myth.
Thoughts, ideas, comments?

What about: This Bacon Ain't Fakin'!
Ok. No...seriously. I think I like the one about Lil' Trashcan's Adventures...
I'll try to add some suggestions...making up names that involved food/eating is one of my favorite things to do!!
I, too, like LTBAs. Bacon is always an adventure... in my mouth.
I can't wait to read yer food blog!
I like the bacon one too, mostly because of the vegetarian implications.
p.s. where did you get get that awful picture, TR?
I don't remember now. Google images brings up some weird stuff for seemingly innocuous words. I need to find an actual robot-related pic.
