Back on the chain gang

Back at el officina today. It's okay. I had five glorious days off at no cost to me. Thanks, Mama Nature! I slept, watched tv, did crossword puzzles, drank beer, watched more tv, and chased the cats around. (They loved that, by the way. Not really.)

We suffered only one casualty. Our mailbox finally gave up in the storm. It had been on its last legs, but now I think it's dead.
