The Great Pumpkin

I'm taking a break from political brewhaha today to enjoy one of my favorite holidays, Halloween. Some folks are in the spirit here in el officina; there's lots of homemade and miniaturized goodies about. What is it that makes a mini Butterfinger bar so enjoyable? The fact that it disappears in 2 bites? That it leaves that delicious peanut-buttery taste on your teeth? That it's a 'baby' Butterfinger? Who knows?

Happy Halloween, Gentle Readers!

Woah. I just ate a piece of halloween-themed cake and my eyeballs are coming out of my head...

Seriously, i'm dizzy. No more sweets for me today.

Oh, who am i kidding?

i wonder if i can come up with a costume for the kitties last minute.

what about this?: Emerson, vampyre victim (he's already got the marks); Lola, queen vampyress (a cape attached to her current fabulous blingy necklace, maybe a tiara); and Daxie, vampyre bat (black flappy wings).

Sure, but I assume none of the blame when they go crazy trying to get said costumes off.

Sorry. I have a huge headache from all the sugary cake i ate 2 hours ago. Talk about crashing...this is like a hangover from hell. Thankfully my tongue isn't black and orange anymore.

Happy Halloween to the lovely ladies of the Neuticles!! I'm dressed as a 1984 prom queen, complete with your lovely bracelet as my jewelry. Wow, who knew that gloves and makeup aren't a good combination? Me, right now.
Hope y'all have a great one!

Booklahver, are you drinking on the job again? If so, why aren't you sharing?

I did buy some lovely plum wine from World Market but alas, left it at home as there is no convenient fridge here. *sigh*
Didn't win the costume contest here but did eat a lot of candy.
Feliz Dia de los Muertos!!
