All the news I care to mention

All sorts of crazy stuff has been happening over the past few days, i.e., I made a list of things to do and actually did them. Madness! I got my files at home cleaned-out and organized, green hanging folders and all. I ate healthy meals (Baby G would be so proud). I hung curtains and watched the America's Next Top Model marathon on VH1. I even did the dishes. I figure now that I've managed all that, I don't have to be responsible again until at least the middle of September. Good times.

Here's what's happening away from El Rancho Relaxo:

Peter Jennings died.

Britney Spears' bodyguards alledgedly shot a photographer in the leg. Although, no one really knows who shot the guy. Could of been someone on the street. Hmm...a shooter shooting a shooter. How ironic. Who cares.

This woman is protesting the war in Iraq outside of Dubya's ranch. She wants to question him about her son's death there and about why the U.S. is really at war in Iraq. Since it seems Dubya spends more time on vacation than in DC, she has chosen her protest spot well. I hope she asks him, "If the war is such a good thing, why haven't the Bush twins joined up yet"? It's not like they're doing anything. Are they?

I was so sad to hear that Peter Jennings died. *sigh* When the Lord takes Tom Brokaw, I too will die. How can I raise children in a word without Tom Brokaw?

i AM proud of you, Tiny Robot. however, i am wondering why you've become a small evil organism that floats around in the sea, denying the fact that it was only created to be whale food.

What?! Whale food?! You must have me mistaken for someone else! I am the highly successful owner of The Chum Bucket! I'll have you know that the employees at The Krusty Krab put boogers in their food.

p.s. Baby G, i watched Spongebob last night and wished you were there...it was HI-larious!
