Chocolate Tea or Me?

Apparently, dark chocolate is better at lowering blood pressure than tea. I like this report; however, I'm sure in the next few years a new report will come out saying tea is better.

Yesssssssss. Does it say anything about eating a minimum of 10 oz of dark chocolate a day? That's pretty much where I'm at these days and as soon as that is found to be beneficial...I'm totally golden, baby!
