Sometimes you're pleasantly surprised
The voters of Connecticut decided they were sick of the same old same old. Lamont beat Lieberman in their primary election. Awesome!
Too bad Lamont isn't this Lamont. Washington would be in for a genuine surprise.

Oh, how I wish it was Lamont from Sanford and Son. He was pretty even-tempered and seemed smart so I think it would work. Plus he could enter his office/events/meetings to the theme song which would totally rock!

That would be interesting! Do you remember that Simpsons episode where Steve Martin voiced the city sanitation chief and they played that music when he took the stage? Good times.
