Reflections on the Nine
Tomorrow is Baby G's and my ninth anniversary. We are old. Heh. Well, old in the sense that we're quite comfortable with each other. For example, I sometimes know what she is thinking without her saying anything, I know she'll push small children out of the way to get to a fresh hot piece of bacon, and I know that she's most beautiful in the morning. She puts up with my many wacky ideas, phases and obsessions, lets me have a few beers after work without nagging, and she even makes my lunch in the morning every once in a while because I'm running late.
She's the one constant in my life. Everything else has changed: my residence, my pet, my job, my car, my hair color. But Baby G is always there. You better bet yer comix collection that I don't take that fact for granted.

That's so freakin' cute. You guys are both so lucky and awesome...there's my eloquence for the day.
For your anniversary, y'all should tell your "how we got together" story. Or I will make one up to satisfy my curiosity.
Happy Anni to the two greatest inter-species lovers I know (by that I mean robot and mammal).
Much love,

It was a long, hot summer 9 years ago (much like this one). I went to her house a lot, she visited mine. We watched tv, we cooked, we went exploring, we made up stories about The Standard Laboratory (yes, its real name) across the street. I played the piano for her, she read stories to me. One night in late July, I told her that I liked her, I mean really liked her, and to my utter astonishment, she told me the same thing (that she liked me back, not that she liked her too...). Anyhoo, the rest, is as they say, history. It's a summer I'll never forget. I'm quite the lucky robot, eh?
congrats from dr. t & nurse julie!
::hugs::
Happy anniversary to the two of you!
Aww, what a sweet story! Congratulations and Happy Anniversary!
ok, so i totally started typing out some cheesy, mildly clever thing about bliss, growing old together, joy, and love; but then it sounded like some stupid Ziggy Hallmark card, so i'll just say this instead:
i love you, you big lug o' circuits!
Gawrsh!
Happy Anniversary!
To be sure 1997 was indeed the year for love. Congrats!
