My last cheeseburger?
The last cheeseburger I ate was half a "big kids" double cheeseburger from Burger King yesterday. Baby G and I split one after roller skating. (What? We were hungry!) Today, I find out that the third case of Mad Cow disease has been discovered (revealed, rather) in the U.S. A cow in Alabama has tested positive. That's pretty close to home.
Man...do I really want my final memory of a burger to be a BK-furnished one? Why couldn't I have stopped after the Backyard Burger I ate last Thursday? Now I'm honestly too apprehensive to eat another one. Damn. Can't I just have a do-over?
Good news: I scored 95/100 on my first paper for film class. Woo! Guess I won't be firing up the grill to celebrate, though. And no, a turkey burger just won't cut it.

Yes, but the difference here is that we all know smoking kills. Beef, on the other hand, is still out for debate.
That, or we're all just really in denial about the true state of the health of the cows in this country. The USDA can't police and promote itself at the same time...you know who gets screwed in that situation: we do.
I'm super proud of you for trying to stop smoking. I know you can do it. You should join the soccer team...do they have a men's team yet?
